SPEKTRA Decor Quarz
Due to its siloxane base, SPEKTRA Decor Quarz is suitable for both interior and exterior wall surfaces. Because of the added coarse filler the surface gets a rough, sandy appearance that is suitable for both traditional and modern interior designs. Depending on the application technique, you can achieve different intensities of colour blending, from stronger, deeper contrasts to softly blending colour tones. The coating is highly vapour-permeable, water-repellent, and resistant to harmful atmospheric effects, making it suitable for decorative protection of new façade surfaces as well as historically protected buildings.
SPEKTRA Decor Topaz
SPEKTRA Decor Topaz contains special gold or silver pearl pigments, which allows you to achieve an elegant, metallic iridescent effect that depends on the angle of incident light and observation. Depending on the application technique, the metallic reflection can be very subtle, soft, intensely shimmering, or velvety smooth. Due to the exceptionally elegant appearance of coated surfaces, it is particularly suitable for decorative protection of wall surfaces in halls, reception areas, and other rooms in prestigious buildings and various commercial buildings, as well as in living spaces.
Required materials and implementation
The system uses the SPEKTRA Decor Grund primer, which is applied to a previously cleaned, impregnated, and smoothed surface, if necessary. This creates a uniform surface that provides adhesion for the new coating on most substrates.
SPEKTRA Decor Quarz or SPEKTRA Decor Topaz can be diluted with up to 10% water if necessary. Apply it with a wide brush using the criss-cross technique or with even strokes in all directions. When the coating begins to dry, smooth it out with a wide brush using the criss-cross technique. We recommend that two people carry out the application and smoothing phases on larger surfaces to ensure even application and the desired final appearance across the entire surface. Apply lighter shades in one coat, while darker shades should be applied twice.
